I am a licensed professional counselor (LPC) in Virginia (2023) and a licensed professional clinical counselor (LPCC) in Ohio (2024). I provide outpatient therapy at Achieve Psychology in Powell, Ohio where I work across the lifespan, focusing on helping those with ADHD, anxiety, depression, or life transitions. I use modalities from acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), solution focused therapy, and strengths based therapy.
